For more information, read the post I wrote on 'deciding card dimensions'. Underneath is a photograph taken of page 31 in my black sketchbook of the standard physical size I decided would be best for my 1st, 2nd and 3rd place cards.
I also did some research on how many pixels I would need in a canvas to correspond with the physical measurements.
