This post demonstrates a rudimentary 'print list' that I used to see just what it was that I needed to make for Last Chance Saloon, as well as some general design notes on token ergonomics. Sketchbook page 20:

Token Ergonomics:
'Success', 'Sheriff' and 'Mayor' tokens need to be big enough so that they are not easily lost and not too big so that they feel uncomfortable to hold between finger and thumb.
Character cards are not going to be played in a person's hand - they are going to be on the table for the entire duration of the game. Therefore, they can be bigger than all other cards and can be a bit more cumbersome.
- Rival cards need a distinctive back so that somebody doesn't turn them up by accident
- Give cards a 'tea-stained' wash colour on the front of cards
- Make a series of cardboard prototypes for coin size (USER TESTING)
- Cards need a 5mm bleed around the edge for printing
