Peer Presentation for 'Undying Strive' - 14/12/2018

Updated: Jan 11, 2019

Below this text you will find my peer presentation for my game, Undying Strive. The presentation was created to demonstrate to my peers how far my game had come through the development process by adhering to a list of given specifications:

  • A brief reminder of your game idea, which must be very brief.

  • An overview of your general design, including plots, screen mock-ups, UI layouts and designs, ESRB ratings and other common GDD elements.

  • Specific issues you may have faced.

  • How these issues have been addressed, particularly and generally.

  • Present core game elements/mechanics/etc. This means majors and minors.

  • Where your design will go next.

There was no required format, as the general advice was to present in a format which best communicated our ideas. However, some of the format options given included pre-recording a video presentation, creating a PowerPoint presentation, giving handouts and making a Pecha Kucha.

Please bear in mind that all the information given in the PowerPoint, although entirely accurate, is summarised and therefore not explaining the whole story. My plan was to go back over all the sections and give them in their entirety.
